"Just left SSAH after more than 7 years. While Dr Krishna tends to be abrupt, I trusted her expertise for my two dogs. She had no time for us when my dog almost died and was faced with a very scary diagnosis. She had no time to see us or advise us when we needed her expertise the most. Incredibly disappointed to learn we can't count on her when we really need her."

"Just ended time with SSAH. Service has tanked since the pandemic and it seems to have a ton of turnover in providers and staff Unable to schedule an appointment more than a month out and when wr did get appointment it ended up being and an hour to be seen at last appointment and ended up leaving after dr was on phone and unable to see us. Got a call after we left asking us to come right back and we’d be seen immediately. Front office staff seems like they can’t be bothered to make the business side successful. Best of luck to them. Going to vet who cares as much about our pet as we do."
