"Have been going to this store for the better part of a year and a half. Everyone is always super friendly when i walk in. Kelsey has been cutting my hair almost the entire time I've visited this location, and she always does a phenomenal job. Clean, crisp, haircuts, and even fantastic beard cuts. If you're looking for a place to go sports clips on peach is it, and Kelsey is the one to visit while there."
"It takes the stylists ***way*** too long to cut hair at this location. I will never return here. The other Sports Clips in Erie provides ***much*** more reasonable service time. EDIT: The manager called me and offered me $4 off my next visit if I agreed to return. For context, in case you aren't aware: Sports Clips allows you to reserve a spot in line before you arrive. Their website/app tells you approximately when you should expect a stylist to be available to cut your hair. There is a sign posted at this location that wait times there are longer than expected and that you shouldn't rely on Sports Clips estimate. From my point of view, that means that the manager is aware that the staff takes too long to cut hair, but she isn't willing to do anything about it. I waited more than an hour after the time that Sports Clips estimated a stylist would be available before a stylist became available. There was only one person in front of me in line when I arrived and there were three stylists in the salon, one of which took half an hour to sweep the floor before leaving. The sign wasn't helpful at all because 1) by the time that I arrived at the location it was too late to schedule elsewhere and 2) I had nowhere else to go in that part of Erie and 3) I had no way of knowing just how long I was going to have to wait. I usually go to the Sports Clips off of 12th Street in Erie. Been there many times. I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes after the expected available time there. If they want to run a salon where the stylists provide service that requires an extremely long time, even compared to other locations of the same business -- fine! Just adjust the expected wait time or don't provide expected wait times! If you provide an expected wait time, though, people are going to rely on that time to plan their day. When you don't do what is necessary to at least come close to meeting the expected service times -- and you are setting that expectation!! -- that can seriously inconvenience the people that are paying for your service unnecessarily. Even then, stuff happens. There should at least be some effort to minimize the delay, but the staff was just taking their time and *not* making an effort to minimize the delay. There is no reason for me to believe that the stylists care about how they are inconveniencing their customers. I will give my business to a salon that values the time of their customers. Probably the 12th Street location when stylists are available at a convenient time there."
"Not impressed during first visit. Wait time longer than expected and rushed through haircut. Maybe consider cutting back on the extra services and put more focus on the main reason for the appointment. Stylist was generally friendly but not very thorough. Didn't offer mirror to check back of head. Fortunately, it was okay after checking at home. Not likely to return unless desperate for a haircut and there's nowhere else to go. Lastly, the cost was actually higher than my usual independent stylist who was unavailable during the holidays. Two stars for convenience of time and location, nothing else."
"Had a small wait but totally worth it! Kelsey did a fantastic job with my whole experience. Very professional and polite. Awesome job on the haircut as well. Thank you so much!"
"Jenn is an amazing stylist! She works with precision and quickly! We brought up my nephews to get hair cuts, now several times, and every time we have left more than happy! She is patient and professional and also keeps us knowledgeable of products they sell at the store!"
