"I hired Osman to assist with 3 projects in a home I recently purchased and am renovating in Berkeley Springs. The first was construction of a wall and entrance way to the master bedroom (drywall) and the other two required re-framing work on the guest bedroom and laundry room closets (wood paneling). Osman quoted me a fair price. He was professional, responsive and did what he said he was going to do. He and his team showed up on time every day and cleaned up daily before leaving. They completed the project on time and at the agreed upon price, no surprises. I enjoyed working with Osman to talk through my plans for the 3 spaces. I was hiring out the projects I didn’t want to handle myself but were part of a larger project, i.e. delegating phase 1 to him and his team.
