"We stayed in the family room it was clean and spacious. Staff was nice, we had breakfast there twice it was good, but the upper floors are a bit squeaky."

"The hotel is convenient, clean, and the service was good. Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular. The downside to this place is the noise. There is no soundproofing. We could hear guests in other rooms snoring, peeing, and walking on the floor above. If you are a sound sleeper you'll be fine. If you wake easily, ask for a room on the top floor. The rooms were very clean and had all the required amenities including a fridge in the room."

"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. We were there during the apple butter festival in town, so the hotel was booked and busy. However, the service was great and the prices were fair. One negative I will note, however, is when we called the hotel to book, we asked if it was close to downtown, as we wanted to walk to the apple butter festival. We were told something along the lines of 'Let me put it this way, there are only four traffic lights in town, and we're by the fourth one.' This insinuated it was right it town. It is not. It is not a walkable location to downtown. Due to both distance (not because we're out of shape and can't walk; my wife and I are both long distance runners) and tight shoulders on a heavily trafficked road."

"Nice stay here. Our room was clean and cozy. We got the whirl pool room. They have a full breakfast in the mornings, which consisted of eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, as well as, cereals, yogurts, etc. There is a nice outside pool, but we didn't get in it. There was also a restaurant Angus and Ale, that is located in the parking lot of the hotel. It was delicious and convenient."

"I recently came here with my mother and aunts for a ladies weekend. This is a quaint option for lodging in Berkley Springs WV. The simple appointments and cabin feel made for a comfortable stay in the mountains. The breakfast was decent for the all inclusive price and we loved the option of having the pool for day lounging. Our only complaint was that since the whole town shuts down at 9pm it would be nice if the outdoor furniture was in better condition and/or we could have somewhere to sit together other than our rooms. The pool is closed at 9 as well and the lobby only had 2 chairs in it."
