"Helen did such a good job! So did phat ( I think is his name lol) who did my nail shape! But man they put Helen to work! Lol She was multitasking with doing my nails and doing someone’s eyelashes and still managed to do my nails under 40 mins lol. And before she took me, I saw her multitasking between clients as well. I thought she must have been doing this for a long time and I was right, 20 + years she said she’s been doing this as her career lol. They were kind enough to still give me and my sister good service even though they were still doing our nails after hour's due to them being really busy. And they were giving little gifts boxes to their clients as well which I thought was nice. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back."

"My daughter was a victim of the horrible service spoken of in these comments. The owner, Helen, ruined my daughters birthday. My friend and long term client of hers referred me to her. We took 4 girls to her for my daughters birthday for manis and pedis. It was my daughters 13th birthday and first salon experience. The entire time she treated our group as if they were an inconvenience despite that fact that we called ahead and asked if she could accommodate. She tried to overcharge us and she was extremely rude. She came over when one of her employees were doing my daughters nails, snatched the polish and told her to go start on another clients pedi. Then she yanked my daughters hand and started painting her nails. Because it was my daughters first time, her fingers were a bit stiff. Instead of asking her to relax she slapped the back of my daughters hands several times. I had to verbally tell my daughter to try to relax. My daughter asked her to paint her ring finger white and all her other nails green. She told my daughter no, she was already doing green. The whole experience was terrible from start to finish. Then when we left, no more than an hour later, my daughters nails started peeling in whole sheets. It was bad enough that my daughters nails looked like a 4 year old painted them. My daughter has extreme anxiety and was very upset about her nails so my friend called and asked her to fix them. She said she would. When I went in she said go sit down! Ruby fix for you. She never apologized for her behavior and in fact her attitude was even worse than the first encounter. Then she told me to go find the colors that my daughter had used. I ended up asking for my money back. She went in a drawer, gave me half of my money and said hers! Then proceeded to turn her back to me. We ended up getting into it at this point. On the way out, another lady was so upset. She stopped me to tell me she had the same experience as my daughter and would never be back. Do not waste your time. She is awful. I will NEVER recommend her or her establishment to anyone else."
