But what really made my visit special was the little touches she added - a steamed towel, lotion, and a relaxing hand massage after my nails were done. "Went here for the 1st time & walked in feeling confident. Nice atmosphere. Read the reviews & thought I'd give it a shot...Well, I won't be returning unfortunately. The older guy had no clue what he was doing, he should probably retire. I felt so uncomfortable & on top of all that, he nicked my pinky finger 3 times!! I'm posting pictures also of the poor job to my nails. At first, I was like oh cute! Then realized the bumps all over the nails and the glob of glitter!! Smh! **Update- today is 12/29/23, two days after getting my nails done. And this!! Omfg!! Idk what product they use or what brand, BUT I will never be back!! I posted a 3rd picture of the gel polish coming off of 2 fingers!"

The cozy vibes create a warm atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The inclusive and welcoming communication adds a personal touch to the service. I highly recommend trying the dip nails – the final result is gorgeous, and the longevity is impressive, sometimes lasting 3 to 4 weeks! Next month, I'm excited to try the dip powder marble design with gold flakes after getting a preview today – it looks stunning! The services here go beyond aesthetics, incorporating great skincare and moisturizing lotion. Tom, who has provided my services several times, is not only a skilled professional but also a great listener who sprinkles in some fantastic dad jokes.
