"Went in and asked to get my hair trimmed. I said I loved my cut but it had grown out a bit and I couldn’t see my regular hairdresser. I specifically said I didn’t want my hair texturized or thinned. The woman waited til after she was done to tell me she thinned and texturized my hair (which basically ruined my course, curly hair), changed my cut entirely, and cut way more off than I asked. I just wanted my bangs to stop poking me in my eyes until I could make it to my regular hair dressers new location, now I will have to hope this awful mess grows out quickly. It’s just hair - but it’s not hard to follow simple requests."
