"The pharmacy and especially the big lady that’s the operations manager, for the pharmacy is the most unprofessional and unorganized person leading a department. You can never get anyone on the phone. The average time and this is no joke is usually about an hour. God forbid you have a question When you get up to the counter Because they just look at you like how dare you Bother them. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens on 939 York Rd. in Towson. It’s only about 10 minutes away and the staff is amazing! Somebody from corporate needs to come And get it all the way together. The retail side of the store Is great whoever is running That. But the pharmacy stay away."

"This Walgreens is a joke. The pharmacy isn’t even functional so I don’t why they are even open… I always have issues getting a simple birth control prescription filled here, a tech tried to keep two packs once and only give me one when my prescription is for 3. And just now I’m having an issue getting it filled again GO FIGURE. Can’t get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy they keep disconnecting every time it’s my turn in line. Please get a new pharmacy staff."

"The printed the wrong refill date on a prescription and told me the prescription was legally expired after 180...even though I was calling before the expiration date and apparently on the 180th day. They then said their system can't override the error and I would have to make an appointment to get another prescription."

"The drive-thru and being 24 hours is very convenient for prescriptions. Certain times though it's very crowded and you wait long in that line. Inside it's a typical Walgreens that has Walgreens stuff for sale. I love their clearance items and usually snag up real good deals. Somebody told me the red box is gone, I hope this isn't so"
