"We first reached out to Bradley Hills Animal Hospital shortly after we had moved to the area. Our elderly dog, Dylan, started having seizures and Bradley Hills was able to get us in immediately and look after him. Unfortunately, the prognosis was not good and Dylan only had a few days to live. Bradley Hills was so kind and respectful of our family, and made it possible for me to take Dylan home for everyone to say their goodbyes. Bradley Hills let me bring Dylan back later that day, after normal hours, so he could be put to rest peacefully. I knew then that this was our vet, and they’ve taken amazing care of our pets, with the same kind and compassionate care that we experienced that first day."

"BHAH is the only Veterinary I would take my dog. Starting with the front office: excellent, friendly communication, prompt replies, to the vet techs: professional, thorough, courteous, to the vets: knowledgeable, patient explanation of diagnosis and care plan; caring of my dog's health as though it was for their own pet. "Beware of this practice. Our 2.5 year old golden doodle and comfort animal Lui died last summer. Bradley Hills Animal Hospital/Charlie Weiss was our vet practice. Don’t be fooled by the word hospital in the name. It is a wellness practice only. They make certain your pet is in for all vaccines and preventive care - but if your dog has other issues - they don’t like it much. Lui was our first dog. We trusted Charlie Weiss until at one point when we were frantic to help Lui and frustrated with their inability to diagnose him - Weiss suggested we leave the practice. Lui had a cough - which Bradley Hills called allergies. It was ongoing for several months.Bradley Hills prescribed drugs ranging from antibiotic to allergy medication to a cough medicine. It was apparently much worse than an allergy. Lui died of catastrophic pneumonia in just a day after becoming lethargic. When we noticed Lui’s extreme lethargy, we called Bradley Hills to tell them what was happening - they told us to watch him for 24-hours. He got worse overnight. We took him to the emergency hospital - but they could not save him. We were and are still reeling over his death. It is quite unusual to lose a dog at such a young age. We were first time dog owners. We trusted Bradley Hills but in hindsight - there were red flags about this practice. In the end - the worst but most telling point about Bradley Hills animal Hospital is that Charlie Weiss never proactively called to acknowledge Lui’s death. There are vets practicing that are committed and excellent diagnosticians. Ask a lot of questions about a vet’s care of your dog in sickness and in health."

"Cannot recommend enough. Dr. Cam is incredible. He has saved the day for us twice when we’ve had medical emergencies. He has such a gentle demeanor with our dog and is thorough and knowledgeable in his practice. He goes above and beyond to ensure great care.
