"Not a bad store to wander around and look for a deal. Some things are pretty over priced and the lines are usually long, but it’s not bad if there is a sale or good deal. This isn’t somewhere I go regularly, but once in a while it’s ok."

"The store is good. The SM acted like he didn't want to help out his associate. Left an alarm tag on my pants and rushed us through as if we were bothering him. Had to go to the phoenixville location to get the alarm tag removed. I could definitely tell he doesnt help out often."

"Never, my life have been met with such poor customer, service and ignorance in my life. I bought two items on a Saturday. I accidentally bought the wrong size slip cover. I bought it for a loveseat rather than a sofa, so I tried to get it on my sofa, which realized didn’t fit, so I’ve re-packaged it to return it Came back two days later and they’re telling me because there were two dog hairs on it that I needed to go home and clean the slip cover. Otherwise they weren’t going to return it now I am in my timeframe of returning there. Could’ve been a dog hair on it from the opening of the package so that you can feel the fabric I mean, there was one dog hair on it, which could’ve came from my shirt just now the fact that these two women just basically braided me in the front of the store in front of people and I mean like screamed at me when Crazy told me they weren’t returning it, I said call your manager because I am going to call your corporate office. What do you think the result was the manager told her to return it because I had every right to return it because I wouldn’t use a slipcover and then return it doesn’t make sense I would, however try to use it realize it didn’t fit my furniture bring it back with the intention of actually buying another one that did fit my furniture, but because I was met with such poor customer service, and because I was screamed up by these two women, I will never be giving them a dime of my money. Do not support the big lots in East Norriton I have I am a palled that someone hit me treated that way. I am embarrassed because they did it in the front bunch of the front in front of a bunch of people and, I am humiliated and I feel very sorry for whoever owns runs that store because your store is being run into the ground not to mention when I was shopping on Saturday and I bought a carpet shampooer there was no one around to help me so I had to scale the wall myself to get the shampooer down off of the top shelf"
