"When I showed up in the store, all the sales agents refused to help me. I tried to ask twice for assistance and the sales people turned away from me and walked away. I finally left the store and had seen the sales representatives on their cell phones. Horrible customer service."

"This store has totally gone downhill I don't know if management changed or what. Back Registers are always closed and there are long lines and employees and managers that seem lazy just walking around doing nothing. Today there was a female at the cash register @ around 6:45pm very nasty attitude. Not going back to this location again. I prefer driving 45 minutes than to give this store my money."

"Employees need more work in customer service is : so basically I had picked up these leggings on the sales rack , they were ringing up $39 I didn’t understand why , so I asked her she’s like oh they not on sale I said but they are marked she looked at it and said no not these , I said yes I saw it so she looked again then saw it on the other side of the price tag then she walked over to the other associate I’m guessing it was the manager but I’m not for sure ok whatever the lady said no they not on sale. She proceeds to say yeah they not a sale and it’s marked on the wrong side so I said what are you insinuating I marked it ? She gone say no I’m just saying that they are not on sale and they are marked on the wrong side ok whatever. So next I’m like ok well just so you know it’s several of them over there on the sale rack you need to move them, she goes I will you don’t need to tell me how to do my job. So later on I called the store to file my complaint from the manager and she just acknowledged that like well I can’t honor everything that’s incorrectly marked instead of just correcting the error"

"Love this location. They always have what I need. Lots of selection. And the staff is really great. They work very hard and I could not complain about them. Last time I went they had my favorite perfume on sale 60% off so exciting."
