"I received the worst knotless braids ever! Plz avoid this place if you want good knotless braids. One thing I hate to do is waste money!!!!! My braids are horrible! The shop was very cold and doesn’t have any heat jus two space heaters!! How are they running a business with no heat inside???? I was very cold sitting there getting my hair braided! So back to the braids, I complained to the owner about my hair and sent her pictures! She apologized and offered to fix the issue. I was suppose to go the very next day to get my hair fixed. Unfortunately, the lady called me and apologized saying she doesn’t have anyone to watch her kids. And can I come another day?I haven’t heard from her since nor did I ever get my hair fixed!!! This was the worst service I have ever received for $180.00. Neverrrrrr again, I beyond disappointed!!!!!!!!!"

"Mame was waiting for me even though I was running late leaving work. I work overnight. I didn't have to wait and she was very patient with paying attention to what kind of style I want. I've gotten older now (40yrs) so it's hard for me to sit for long periods of time getting my hair done as I did when I was a teenager. Also, not long ago i was in an accident so i have back pains..But she was very understanding. Even allowing me to come back to get my braids dipped. I was afraid to ask to come back on a later date to have them dipped, being as though I was extremely tired after having worked overnight and sat through Senegalese twists down to my butt. I will be returning as a regular customer. I also thought her prices were reasonable."

"Mame did a beautiful job on my daughter’s box braids we got in the chair around 2 and was out about 5:30ish she was fast and the braids came out beautifully we came on a Wednesday. My daughter is 9 and she is somewhat tender headed but she said it didn’t hurt at all. The prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. Thank you again we will be back soon! She loves her braids and can’t stop swinging them lol"

"I was able to do a walk in appointment for knotless individuals. This young lady did an impeccable job on the braids, they look amazing! I constantly get compliments on my braids. My only regret is that I didn't get her name. Will return in the future."

"I have personally been going to this particular shop since I was 17 yrs old, I’m n my 40’s now. Astu the owner was just a kid coming from high school to the shop, then helping her older sister finish whoever’s hair that needed to be done. She’s now running the place. I have never ever had my hair braided any where else EVER. I’m very particular abt my hair. I schedule an appointment and its never rescheduled not once. She values her regular customers. Never turns down new potential customers either!! Me and my 2 sisters and daughter go here faithfully. So if you write a bad review then your prolly upset bc you couldn't get a appointment WHEN you wanted. Maybe you came to your appointment late and someone else was n the chair by the time you came. I mean seriously these are 5-8hr hairstyles. My suggestion be early to your appointments. I know I’ll be early to mines next week! Always remember to be kind. Kindness goes a long way."
