"This place used to be 5 stars until they changed management or workers. The new guys are rude to customers over the phone. Service has gone from a 4/5 down to a 1. They now charge a 4% surcharge on credit transactions. Food quality has gone down considerably, from a 4/5 to a 2 at best. Fries are a cheaper brand, not the crispy fries we liked so much before. They do not know how to cook rice properly. Their sauces are considerably lower in quality or watered down. They give you poorer cuts of chicken which aren't fried as carefully as the previous owners. To top it off, they cheat you on the bill. I ordered chicken alone, and they charged me for chicken and fries. I'll be disputing this with my credit card issuer and never buying here again. (They willingly charged me inappropriately after I pointed it out in the store before leaving. This was not an honest mistake.) I've been a loyal customer for 2 years since moving to this area, and buy from them 1-2 times a week. No longer."
