"I placed an order and they took over 20 mins to make my platter. They only had one person on the cash register and one person making the platters. When I walked up to the front and said something “they acted as if I was being unreasonable” I even asked for a refund since I was still waiting for my food. They mention it’s a zero refund policy. Once I received my food they didn’t up my platter, give extra food or even issue an apologize. Not to mention when I left no one said thank you for your business. I will not be back ever again! Horrible customer service!!"

"Just waste 80$ pon 3 oxtail platters. Dem fi do bettaaaa.. some big rawtid bone and fat dem call oxtail mi get. Bout 3 peices i could not eat because a just fat alone. Dooooooo bettter. Are else nnooobadddy go come back. CUSTOMERS look at di food BEFORE they put it on the platter.DEM OUT ORDER."

"Goodness!!! This is by far hand down the best Jamaican restaurant I have ordered from in my region. From the portion of the food to how it even looks and how it taste, everything is on point. I had order food from another Jamaican place that was two blocks down from me and their wasn’t seasoned, so when I was ordering this one I was like “I hope this is a disappointment like the other Jamaican place next to me” and they Prove be completely right because they are not like the other place, they are 10x better. I’m one of those people that get mad when I spend my money on food and it doesn’t meet up to the expectation that I wanted to because when I order food out, I don’t want to cook and I’m spending my money, so I wanted that food to be on point and season and I’m so Glad they didn’t disappoint at all. Thank you!! I ordered both larger. Jerk chicken with mac n cheese & rice n beans and Curry Goat with Mac n cheese & rice n bean."

"Horrible, Horrible experience. I order through GrubHub Brown Stew chicken and Oxtails both had sides of Cabbage and Candied yams .I payed 38.16 for My order had one side missing the yams and the bag was soaked with gravy including my napkins and utensils. When I called the restaurant for the Manager I was informed first they close at 9:00pm. I asked for the manager and I was told The manager was not there. I explained what happened what my order and the women who answered kept over talking me. Blamed the presentation on the delivery driver and said if wanted it wrapped I should have suggested in my special instructions. Food was horrible. This was my first time ordering and it be my last. I want a refund. Zero accountability, rude don't waste your time."
