"Great local place to come and get your washing and drying done. Self service. While the employees are not responsible for watching over your clothes if you do them off and leave it's pretty safe. They keep lost and found for about two weeks afterwards so if you lose something go back and check. Because of staffing shortages hours may be different than the sign posted so make sure to ask the staff. Plenty of games inside and snack machines available to keep yourself busy while you wait. Last entry time for washing & drying is an hour before closing because that's usually how long it takes to wash & dry. Washing machines run about 35 minutes and dryers work at 8 minute intervals."

"They need to keep to the hours that they post. It's bad when you get there after work and they close at 7 instead of their 9 that's posted. Let alone you stopped doing 10 pm. Hire more people. Been back and they are still putting up sign saying closing at 7. With it being hot people come later to do laundry since no air conditioning is there only fans. New lady us rather rude and acts like she's stalking you. STOP changing your posted hours with another sign closing earlier. Hire younger people. Need to do MAINTENANCE on machines. Half the washers are out of service and dryers about as bad"

"Clean and neat. Helpful staff. Lots of machines of various sizes and prices. But expensive. They have arcades and vending machines on site as well. It seemed like a place for community interaction as well."

"This laundromat is clean and neat. But, twice in the last two weeks I've been rushed out. After a busy day, I've got there at 7:15, just wanting to dry My clothes because my dryer is broke. The employees, both different each time, hassled me and I felt rushed. Tonight, she cut the lights off and put up the closed signs on both doors, despite the sign saying they are open till 9 everyday. Walking out, I did ask and she tried to say I had plenty of time. Confirmed that closing was at 9. Also, the whole time she spent on her phone, sitting and smoking. Getting my dryer fixed and not spending my money there again! If I have to, I will go to Warsaw, which 10 more minutes out of my way, but worth it to be treated with decent customer service."
