"The receptionist and technician/assistant were wonderful. The appointment was a total waste of time and money. No questions answered, given a handout that 'explains everything.'"
"My dog was on allergy drops for just a short while. He began to get more itchy while on the drops, so I was told by one of the staff members to stop the drops and then was told to get another opinion from another dermatologist elsewhere. Dr. Bernstein didn’t take the time to call me and check to see how my dog was doing, neither did he talk with me about other options that we could possibly take together. I felt that this was not very caring on compassionate. I just want my dog to feel better. After I requested for him to give me a call, he declined and told me that he would no longer be caring for my dog. We are very hurt that he would just push our dog away."
