"Customer service was horrible. There were constant racial slurs about African American women. The stylist stopped in the middle of doing my hair. She told me to go to someone else. I was very polite the entire time and didn't act outside of my character. She then proceeded to tell the other customer that her hair texture was better because it's straight. KEEP YOUR DIGNITY AND YOUR MONEY! DON'T GO HERE!"
"Been here over 10 years ago with my mom and sister and always had great experiences. I went there a few weeks ago and no one had an appointment because they asked ppl what they was getting done. I was the next one to get my hair done no one came in before me and they kept choosing ppl over me as if I wasn’t sitting there I just got up and left after they choose the 3rd person what she was getting at that point."
"Very good! I went in there for a men's haircut. Hair cutter/dresser was very friendly and very good at cutting my hair exactly how I like it cut. Price to cut my hair was very reasonable. Waiting time on a Saturday afternoon was about 5 minutes. I'm very satisfied."
