"Great care for your pets, but blatant RIP OFF price! They charged me 3 times as much as my usual vet for the same care. I just went to VCA because my vet couldn't squeeze us in for a week and my cat was feeling bad. Obviously, the huge price difference is why my usual vet is so slammed and why VCA is so slow and available"

"Dr. Myers was great and wonderful with my pet. The vets are great to work with you on costs and tests run when you discuss your budget with them. The techs working there are great with the animals also."

"The team at VCA Hickory Ridge is fantastic, especially Dr. Kelso and her staff. They're not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. What I appreciate the most is their flexibility in scheduling appointments. Whether it's a routine check-up with just a couple of days' notice or a more urgent matter with same-day or next-day appointments, they've always got you covered. One unique aspect that sets them apart is the option to see a chiropractor on-site, in addition to standard veterinary treatment – a great added benefit. However, I have to mention that, like all VCA Hospitals, the prices are on the higher side, and that's the only reason I deducted a star. Despite that, the quality of service makes it a reliable choice for pet care."

"Too pricey for bad service. I brought in a really sweet abandoned kitty for a full screen. VCA did not do a thorough wellness exam because they missed an oozing infection on his tail (which my partner mentioned on our scheduling call). Very disappointed that we spent money at this place. They were nice during the appointment but I’d rather get great medical treatment for a poor kitty who might be suffering."

My partner took my cat for the exam and said they were very thorough, I expressed some concerns days later about something my cat is going through, and they immediately got back to me and resolved my concerns.
