Although, while the salesperson we worked with was very knowledgeable about mattresses he was also very short, and comes off as arrogant. You got the vibe he was over anyone who didn't know as much about mattresses as him. At the same time he let my daughter run around the store without issue, so I guess it was focused arrogance.
