"If it weren't for the fact I have a small business and need what they offer, I would not go back. While some of the employees are super nice and knowledgeable...nothing is more rude than to have an employee...LITERALLY YELL...across the store to "see if I need any help" while they were walking in the opposite direction of me. WTH???? When I did not initially respond...they yelled AGAIN! When I was checking out, I asked why they have to yell at people. She said they are praised for their great customer service...and the people who come in the store like that. Why am I seriously struggling to believe that?!?!? Who in the world "likes" to be yelled at??? If you think I am interested in something and want to offer any information...because I'm apparently too stupid to go to the customer service desk and ask....how about walk up to me and ask. I have a funny feeling if I were to yell back at this person...they would not have taken it well. Very disappointing."
