"Harley and I just went to Mount Carmel. Harley is my 12-year-old hound mix and he was in very good hands. We went for his annual vaccinations, a strange bump, and recent limp. Madie and Dr. Howard were AMAZING! They explained everything, offered a package deal for his tests, which saved me money, and had a fantastic, kind and caring way about them. Harley is a rescue and is usually spooked by any new environment, they both made him feel at ease. Really glad I found Mount Carmel as I had been to 2 other vets in this area and wasn’t impressed. Thanks for taking great care of my BFF!!! ❤️"

"Worst veterinary experience I have ever had. The vet was visibly shaking when she came in and saw my dog. She said that she had a bad experience before and explained she was bitten by a dog. The vet tech showed absolutely no fear of him as she has seen him several times and she loved him up right away. However, the vet was visibly scared and kept her distance never taking the time to greet or get acclimated with my dog. The vet insisted on a muzzle immediately just to do an eye and ear check saying that my dog tried to bite her at the last appointment. Sh said it was noted on his chart, which never happened. She said if it happens again she would have to report my dog. Then the vet admitted that never happened and it was not in the chart. From there it was a disaster, as I requested another vet, and that vet came in expecting my dog to be nervous, which she kept saying. Then the new vet wanted to relitigate what happened and defend her colleague rather than treat my dog. I understand that if you’re a vet you might have had bad experiences with animals in the past but if you can’t get over that, and give good care, then it’s probably time to find a new career (admin/etc…)."

"We have been going here for 14 years. I love the place and the Vets. They are caring and attentive. Today we had to put our baby to sleep. Their efforts at helping us and our baby through the process were flawless. They anticipated our needs, gave us all the time we needed but most importantly and I mean this from the bottom of my heart we’re respectful, tender and thoughtful for the patient Ce Ce Brooke. I am thankful and commend everybody for there efforts. I will rely on your generosity in understanding how painful this is for us and most importantly our pet."

"Honestly, one of the best vet experiences out there. They do follow up calls afterwards to check on my pets. Work with me and my hectic work schedule. Groomers on site are super professional and caring. They keep great notes on the animals and seem to really know what's going on or needs to be handled in a timely manner. I don't mind them being a little more expensive or further from me. My peace of mind with leaving my furbabbies here is well worth it. Thanks"
