"They might have great care here but I would never go here after the way I was spoken to on the phone. Why would a place that cares about anyone's pet try and insult someone for taking a pet to the humane society for care. To tell someone who is worried about an acute change their pet that this is what happens to people who don't take their pets to good vets. Does that mean I should have just left another animal to die on the street because vet care from an affordable place somehow makes me one of those people? Those people who care about an animal enough not to abandon it."
