"Went here with a couple of friends and it sure did not disappoint!! Brisket and ribs were tender, succulent, and savory! The owner and his wife are kind, genuine, and down to earth! We took a couple of desserts home and they were the perfect finish to an incredible meal with equally wonderful company!"

"1st timer. Came for lunch. They do not have lunch specials. They also don't have a big "platter" selection. Most BBQ places in the south will have a meat and then 2 sides plate type thing. They do have some plates but they are quite large. I opted for the brisket sandwich. It was MASSIVE. I ate just the meat for a while before biting into it. Added fries for $2 more. The sides themselves are pretty pricey. Most sides are in the $7-9 range. Mexican Coke (nice option) was $4 a bottle! My total bill for lunch was $22 w/ tax (they do offer a cash discount). The food is very good, as is the service, but a little pricey, esp with no lunch options. I'll be back, but won't be a weekly thing for me."

"This is my first time ordering here via grub hub and I'm glad I did. The two meat combo with brisket and ribs are savory, Smokey and well seasoned. The macaroni and cheese was delicious as well. If I could be picky I would say I wish the sweet potatoes were a bit sweeter with added butter, but they still were good. The portions were large enough, and they also offer a vegan option. I will be visiting with my family very soon."

"Very nice eats! Love to support mom and pop places when I can, this place is the best BBQ place in the Philadelphia region that I’ve tried. Service was great and our server was absolutely lovely and friendly. The pulled pork was the stand out of the meal, super flavorful and probably the best pulled pork I’ve had. Fries were nice and firm, cornbread was great. The brisket had great flavor but was a little on the dry side, still wonderful nonetheless. Sweet tea I had with the meal was standard “northern” tea which was a little disappointing as I’m spoiled with the diabetes inducing tea of the south. Prices on the menu were different at check from menu, but was warned ahead of time on menu that due to inflation, the prices had increased, which was fine and not too much of a leap. Definitely recommend and would come again just for that pulled pork!"
