"VAMC Martinsburg is not perfect! But I am quite satisfied with the care I get there and have been for over 20 ears. Dental Clinic is outstanding!"
"Absolutely love getting all of my care here. Most people will hear nothing but negativity when it comes to the VA. I have never encountered it here. Great staff, clean facility."
"In the pursuit of self-sufficiency, I endeavored to secure gainful employment and suitable accommodations independently. Regrettably, the domiciliary facilities at this establishment proved suboptimal, manifesting an adverse ambiance compounded by the consistently negative demeanor of its personnel. This environment lacks the conducive elements essential for fostering the advancement and professional development of veterans. I advocate for my fellow veterans to leverage their acquired training and resilience, taking proactive measures for self-improvement independently, bypassing reliance on the aforementioned institution. Instead, consider exploring alternative avenues such as 'Northpointe' renowned for its superior resources and services, providing a more propitious setting for personal and professional growth."
"One of the most friendly VA hospitals that I have ever visited. Respectful and attentive to patient needs the staff are outstanding. Even though it is an older facility, the maintenance and housekeeping staff do an excellent job in keeping the facilities well maintained and clean."
"Back down to 1 star. I requested a new primary care giver bc of the lack of professional care I have received from her. The patient Advocate I spoke with was Joanna. If she is fighting for Veterans I doubt she scuffed a nail. End result was punish the Veteran for complaining and transfer me an hour long drive away. Ironic that I never asked for or requested a woman's wellness exam but I was sent to the local hospital just 10 min from my home. I asked if it was possible to use this hospital since the VA sent me there for an unrequested woman's wellness exam. No, she said. Why?"
