"Horrible service less then year with my daughter barely using the bed it’s bent, they trying to charge 170 with a discount they said $150 to repair it on top of me paying $700 cash , when a representative sold this to me at the store said it dont need a box spring and it did because it only had like 5 wooden sticks not enough support but I went along with the representative advisory . They sell cheap quality!!!! Terrible costumer service! You can get better quality and save more money at walmart literally!!!! Never shopping there ever again!!!!!"
