Ben's Morrisville Deli

"Just picked up 3 hoagie trays and some potato and macaroni salad for a gathering. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. There were fresh flowers used as garnish ! I'll be using Bens deli for all my catering needs in the future."

"Food is good. Many selections. Problem is, one day a sandwich costs this much and a few days later, the same sandwich is a different price. They make a good turkey sausage sandwich in round roll. Problem is, sandwich is made with just 2 patties. Too much bread. 3 is perfect. So, I come back and order turkey sausage with 3 patties. They give it to me, as dude bragged he'd make me a sandwich however I wanted it. The next time I tried to order the sandwich with 3 patties they say they only sell patties by 2 and I can't have just 3 patties. They charge $2.00 a patty tho. Why couldn't they charge me $2.00 for one patty. I sensed an attitude when I brought this up. I don't like the people preparing my food to have an attitude so, I walked out. One day I paid $8.40 for my meal and a couple days later, a different cashier charged me $13+ for the same meal."

"Went for first time - got two breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. $15 not too bad. It was good so I would probably go again. My only complaint is when we were in line next to order, the order taker made eye contact and just walked away. We were left standing there for 2 minutes until someone noticed we weren’t being helped."

"I have only been in a handful of times and was loving the place until Saturday. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a kaiser and my husband got porkroll and cheese on a kaiser and it was $22.00 and the sandwich was very skimpy which I found very odd. Hopefully it was just a mistake"

"Good food but it would be nice if they got my order right. Order is made wrong almost every time. I'm editing my review after speaking with the manager. I originally gave 3 stars changed it to 1 star. As I mentioned my order is made wrong consistently. I order the same breakfast sandwich all the time. On one occasion I called and spoke with a lady and explained the situation, she wasn't very pleasant, she was actually rude and dismissive. She told me to bring the sandwich back. My husband took the sandwich back waited for a new one and when he was leaving she told him he wasn't charged for the extra cheese on the original order. He just looked at her. We ordered a sandwich, it was wrong, had to take it back and wait for another one and you're going to charge for the extra cheese because you didn't the first time. UNBELIEVABLE. And he said she was extremely rude. Today I called and spoke with the manager explained how my sandwich is consistently wrong and he basically said he didn't believe it was wrong most of the time. Oh okay. He offered to give me a credit, never asked my name and I had to ask for his. He also told me we should check the order before we leave. That way if it was wrong he could check to see how the order was written. I guess if we go back I'll see if I get that credit. Debatable especially if the lady is behind the counter. After I hung up I checked the reviews and wrong orders seem to be a pattern. Unfortunate because Ben's is a long standing Morrisville business. I actually new Ben."
