"There was no wait time but we were waiting for over 20 minutes in the booth and no one came to take a drinks order. They were busy so we gave them some extra time. Unfortunately it wasn’t first time it happened but we wanted to give them extra chance- it’s not going to happen again. We waisted 30 minutes :/"

"This is the worst Ihop I have been to. My bacon wasn't done, bacon had hair on it, my wife’s french toast wasn’t done in the inside, the topped her french toast with actual frozen blueberries and the blueberries were frozen. We told the waiter and he came back and said he put it in the microwave. The turkey sausage wasn't done either. This is the worst by far I have ever been to and Ihop is my favorite breakfast restaurant."

"I’m sorry but if employees can’t understand simple instructions then this place should just close. To start- we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our order came out in two parts when we were almost already done. I ordered a hashbrown with cheddar cheese and my husband ordered his with american. His came in the first part and mine in the second part which I had to return because it had american not cheddar like I requested. The picture I posted was after that they couldn’t even melt the cheddar cheese. I ordered my eggs with cheese and my husband without cheese. Well his got cheese. We asked for bread before the eat came out for everyone (3 people) only got 1 order of toast. Leaving we asked the waiver for 2 boxes and got 1. I’m sorry well not sorry…you have one job and can’t even do that correctly then don’t work. Oh and when did Ihop stop selling bagels?! We literally ordered bagels like 2 months ago there and our waiter looked at us as if we had 3 heads."

"Very decent food, extensive menu, numerous choices, efficient and friendly service. It is a common misnomer that the food served at IHOP is pre-made. Not only is it daily made, but all the egg dishes and other food items are prepared using fresh ingredients. Ample parking area, in the back and at the left side of the restaurant."
