"Dr.Wormell is really kind & empathetic. Her staff are always nice and helpful. My dog has passed but I was really grateful that my vet before her who was no longer the right fit for us recommended her to me."
"I have been taking my cat and dogs to Doc Wormell for years! She is the best! My cat has a disease that we have had to monitor for years and she has held my hand the whole time. I would never go to another vet!"
"I wish this vet has more evening hour 8-5 does work for most people"
"I brought my dog here for about a year or so and I actually wrote a great review earlier last year. However, I've now never been more insulted by a business. Dr. Wormell is the only vet here, which is great! I want to support her business. However, they suggest when she's out on vacation, go elsewhere if needed. The few times she was out or her schedule was filled and she couldn't see my dog, I took my dog to her old vet and would kindly ask Dr. Wormell's staff to send over any notes they had. Again, I only did this if Dr. Wormell wasn't available. The last time this happened, Dr. Wormell was out of town. I took my dog to her old vet who did a full wellness exam. Upon Dr. Wormell's return, I called and asked for flea/tick medication and they said my dog first had to be brought in for a wellness exam. What they didn't tell me when I said I had just taken my dog elsewhere for a wellness exam is that it's required for Dr. Wormell to be in compliance with the vet board. They then proceeded to tell me I don't agree with their protocols (never said anything about their protocols) and then stated that I've threatened them several times about taking my dog elsewhere. However, the only time I'd take my dog elsewhere is if Dr. Wormell couldn't see her or was out of town. So for them to use the term "threaten" is outrageous and extremely insulting. If you don't want to be insulted by a business, don't come here."
"My dog and I love everything about PAWS! Dr. Wormell and her entire team clearly love animals and caring for them. Everyone is kind, caring, and professional. My aging dog has essentially been kicked out of two groomers because he hates to have his nails trimmed. But at PAWS, he doesn't even require restraining. From nail trimmings to surgery, they are completely transparent with pricing and ensure you know exactly what is going on with your pet. After surgery, the doc called to inform me on how it went and after care, then the team followed up the next day just to see how he was doing. It is such an amazing place to entrust the care of your furry loved ones."
