"Amazing!!! On the Saturday before New Year's, when our regular vet was closed, our 6-yr old tabby was having significant problems. I made an appointment, was seen on time, and the staff there couldn't have been any better! They did a very thorough examination, discussed options, didn't push for unnecessary or expensive testing, and provided excellent care. They provided emergent care in the office, sent us home with some prescriptions, and sent a full report to our regular vet. We even got a nice "get well" card for Lola a couple of days later. After a week of steady improvement we're delighted to say she's made a FULL recovery. While you always hope to never need an urgent care center for a pet, I would not hesitate to recommend Vet Urgency and will use them again if our cats ever find themselves in trouble outside of our vet's normal hours. "We had a GREAT experience at this vet! We have been to MANY urgent cares and, honestly, it’s HARD to find a good one in the area (we’ve always had to drive a bit). The front desk associate was very nice and compassionate and the rooms/facility were so so clean! When we first got back, our kitty got a little treat to cut back on the stress which he loved, and everyone was so caring and thorough. We are so relieved to finally have a great place in town, though- of course- we don’t hope to come here often! Thanks for a great, quick, and thorough visit!"

"My husband and I took our little girl, Bella, here this afternoon. Though we did have to wait and will be back in a few hours, we had the best service. Very professional and caring staff that would answer all of our questions and concerns. We got an emailed copy of everything that was went over with us which is super helpful. Though we hope no one would have to go here for their pet, if you do we would recommend this location. Edit: Adding to my original review because we just got a get well card from the staff mailed to us. This is such a kind gesture and we greatly appreciate everything they've done for us."

"We arrived late in the evening with our senior dog who was in extreme discomfort and we had no idea what to expect. I can't say enough good things about VetUrgency. Greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. The staff were all caring, compassionate, and thorough.
