"They showed up two and a half hours late — and we had to be the ones to call them and ask when they’d be arriving. After 4 hours of their crew slowly cleaning, they didn’t even sweep our living room. We were happy to pay whatever it took to clean the house for however long, but these folks were just not motivated to do the basics of their work."
