"zero stars! Called and spoke and reserved time lls and tops where the locks are, bathrooms esp tubs, fridge inside and out, oven and microwave- that's it. They insisted to do floors- I have hardwood throughout 3 levels. Once complete- none of the detail on Windows were done! I have one close up to show and the sill and has dust and hair blinds with sticky spots still on it.... the fridge is just as it was but with the few things in there put differently (fridge was almost bare, freezer bare so it was easier to clean, drawers empty etc none were cleaned, stains ever still! And the oven which was not bad- was cleaned and a big scratch left on the oven!!!! Other places they cleaned and the dust and things you should pick up in dustpan was just left there! They were here for 4 hours- bathrooms just okay- shampoo wasn't moved to clean under, walls of shower weren't touched. Very disappointed, paid for a service and didn't receive it. Just moved in and wanted clean, didn't happen. Have to clean it all again! Wasted time and money!"
