"Stopped in and ordered a burger at 5:00 PM today, then shopped at Love’s next door. Waited so long, I finally had to give up and leave to stay on a time schedule. While I was waiting, someone else stopped in and returned their burger because Wendy’s had not made the correct burger to match their order. Bottom line: They appear slow and inept. While it cost me $8 to figure it out, it probably saved me from something far worse. If they can’t get the order correct in a timely fashion, what else are they getting wrong in the kitchen?"

"Food is good most of the time, good and reasonable, and i have no complaints occasionally get an over cooked chicken cutlet and they stopped offering grilled chicken and sad to say I have gotten cold fries will continue to eat there it's very convenient."

In summary, this Wendy's provided me with two large fries with boxes half full. Usually you find the other half of the fries in the bag somewhere, but my bag was empty. The fries tastes horrible and old and refried."

"Make sure you check your bags before you pull out of the drive thru!! And you'll have to repeat yourself multiple times for them to hear you. Food is what you expect, it was pretty solid for the fact that our fries and nuggets were fresh. Service, they really need to work on it."
