"I have taken by bikes for service several times for small things and inspections. Everything has gone smoothly and they have not tried to upsell me or damage my bikes. They also have a good sized service team which means I get same day service."

"I’m really upset with the way I was treated when I was searching for an ATV for my daughter. I asked for assistance and was directed to a back room to search myself. I asked for a price on one I liked where I quickly found out was price gouged over $1000. When I mentioned that, I was given a business card and the salesman walked away from me. I was prepared to pay A FAIR PRICE today, but instead I was treated like today’s temp was my IQ. I will take my business elsewhere."

"*** edit ** the owner reached out in extreme confusion about my review and definitely went above and beyond to make our experience better things happen in small business and we really appreciate the care he took in reaching out and clearing the air. this company is by far the worst company we have ever worked with sent our bike back smoking white smoke and now it is completely dead and they are refusing to fix it the bike was running fine before it went to their shop. We were just putting it in the shop before winter comes and they charged us 350$ for routine maintenance on a quad - we were offered a refund (after i expressed that i would just do a charge back) and then a few days later said the manager decided not to do the refund “because of the conversation we had”. First i never had a conversation with the manager i had a conversation with someone named Dakota and from my experience he has said thing’s completely different than we have expressed them. - i opted not to write a bad review if they had made it right however this is the direction they chose to go in they have absolutely no skill in customer service and will destroy your bike and leave it in the weather to rust. I have spoken to several others who have brought their equipment into this shop and they too say the same thing. highly dissatisfied with our experience do not risk your bike! Just remember a large shop with shiny toys doesn’t always mean they know what they are doing it’s unfortunate it took 5 calls for me to get the response of a refund only for them to take it away. watch where you take your bikes y’all."

"I have visited their store twice so far and had great customer service both times. My last trip I purchased a set of Pro Taper bars for my project. I am handicapped, but am building a scooter to help get back out there and experience the outdoors again. Would highly recommend this shop!"
