"I was initially excited to have found a reputable Chem Dry after the company I had used for 20 years closed down. Sam was nice and came out for a full house cleaning. After the cleaning I noticed the carpet looked dingy but I left for overseas the next day. When I returned I noticed the dinginess was still noticeable. I called Sam but he was away. When he finally called me back he was very defensive and said he would not redo my carpet for free. I never asked him to do that. I asked that he might come look at it because I had never had a situation where the carpet looked dingy after it was cleaned. Very disappointed in how I was treated. It is clear this business does not stand by its work."
