"Called to get the house deep cleaned before the new year. I was told in the phone that the initial cleaning is a deep clean & that’s why they charge by the hour. It was definitely a $350+ generic wipe down. Dust was left in visible sheets on easily accessible pictures, dirt and debris were on the floor in corners and along the wall. The counters in the kitchen were wiped down, not actually cleaned or scrubbed. It was disappointing that this was advertised and charged as something that it most definitely wasn’t."

"Buyer beware! I was with this company approximately 12 yrs. I was satisfied most times with their cleaning services except in the earlier years there was a new team every month cleaning my house, then I received a steady team per request. Then, if I changed my appointments dates, I may receive a new team. The monthly cleaning service team and services were mostly on autopilot, e.g. nothing unusual to clean except when a new team arrives and they see things differently, right? I ended the service for two reasons 1) the new cleaning team broke my lladro figurine from my husband and will not take responsibility for breaking art work or sentimental items of value per their terms and conditions. This is a homeowner’s nightmare, especially since the cleaning service moves things. They should allow a dollar thread hold at least. 2) the owner’s attitude towards this matter was less than desirable after all of this time of doing business . I quote “ if at any time you do not agree with those terms stop using the service.“ So, I did and canceled all services."

"Took extremely to long to clean. 3 hours spent for two people to only clean one level fully of a home that is cleaned on a daily basis.I will not us agian!And response to you yes did say mentioned it may be added time for 3 levels but the fact that your team took 3 hours on one level way unacceptable.Ive owned a cleaning company In addition have used cleaning services in the past.In no way did I anticipate your team not being able to complete atleast 70% of the job in 3hours.As i want to highlight the fact again my home is not a heavy traffic home.They even left supplies on the the floor"
