"There is never a time. You can go into this location and get your food without a problem. There is one girl in there with long black hair she is absolutely rude and obnoxious. If you go back in with your food that you got that was incorrect. She will rumble on in Spanish and talk about you and roll her eyes at you. The management at this establishment should really get involved with their employees and listen to the reviews that are being told. Terrible terrible customer service at this location and the manager in there with a long brown hair that's on in the evenings is just as nasty as the employees. So you know where they get their attitude from. There is only one young man in there that is very courteous. He's always very apologetic when you get your wrong food. And he tries to make sure you get the right food. But the manager in the evening doesn't care about anybody."

"I had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. We had the playroom privately reserved and they never left the room unless it was to go get something for the party. Also, my brother had his sons birthday party there as well and is what prompted me to plan my sons party there. Every child there was exhausted from running around and playing. All the parents who attended were so thrilled with everything as well. Many said they will be planning their kids future parties there. My son is Autistic and many of his classmates came who are also on the scope. They took that into account as well and made sure every child felt special. The manager I worked with is named Carolina and Angie. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a kids party reach out to her. Not to mention it was very very cost friendly. I had 13 kids and around 16 adults. Every child got a happy meal and I got a bundle of other items for the adults. In total with tip it came out to under $400."

"An overall pleasant experience the attitude of the staff is always cheerful and pleasant. And the food is always hot and the prices are always reasonable and budget friendly. And they always offer a wide variety. And it is always a clean establishments and we frequent a lot. Thank you and would highly recommend and depending if you have kids they always have play areas for the children and they have substitutions to. And they also have healthy options. Will defitlney go back to this establishment in the future."

They even provided a number four birthday candle and balloons. To top it off, they gave my son a gift and he hasn't stopped talking about it.
