"The food is always good. The server I had was kind, pleasant and helpful. So much so that it's haunting me that I didn't have my glasses and realized when I got home that I may have undertipped her. I'm going to go back and give her the tip she deserves; it was that good!"

"We go to Dino’s whenever we are in the area but always for takeout and always happy. This time, my husband and I decided to eat in and bring some to-go food home. I ordered the cavatelli with broccoli and forgot to ask for red sauce rather than the oil/garlic sauce it normally comes with. When it was served and I realized my error, I asked waitress to bring me an order of cavatelli with red sauce and I would pay for both meals since it was my mistake. She took my original order away and pretty quickly came back with cavatelli with red sauce, which was surprising how fast it came back. The sauce didn’t taste “right,” had a tang to it and there was a LOT (too much) sauce. We got our bill and the to-go food. Since I was being charged for my original cavatelli, I expected it would be in with the to-go food but I did not check before leaving. Imagine my surprise when I got home and my cavatelli was not there - meaning I was charged the $16 for a meal that I didn’t get - OR - did they simply dump those cavatelli in a strainer and then pour sauce on it and re-served it to me (which is why it had the odd taste - olive oil?)? Either way, if I paid for two meals, I should have been given the other meal to take home or at least been ASKED if I wanted it - since someone else at home would have eaten it. Not cool."

"I ordered the chicken giambota dinner and a personal pepperoni pizza for my wife. The woman was rude and disrespectful to me when I was ordering. She also forgot to ask about the salad that came with the dinner so I had to ask for salad dressing when I came to pick up the food. The salad that came with the dinner was brown and looks like it has been sitting pre made for several days. The pizza had no pepperoni on it even though I paid for it. The dinner tasted like a can of spaghetti O’s and was bland and flavorless. They also charge a ridiculous fee for using a debit card/credit card for purchases. I will not be ordering from here again"

"A couple times we have ordered and it’s been so so… First time ordered “grilled sausage and tomato with garlic sauce”. I got slabs or sausage and tomato with a cup of ranch. Tonight we got calamari so soggy the breading is falling off with limited sauce that tasted almost sour.. not sour as in the lemon juice that may have been added in the marinara it seemed spoiled. The Asparagus Vinaigrette usually comes with a bed of lettuce and tomato which had none and also looked like we got the end scraps of the mozzarella, the slice of pizza which our son absolutely loves he wouldn’t even touch it. Not to mention it took over an hour for delivery and the hot food arrived cold. Consistency would be key and with the few chances we have given we never see that."
