"Two weeks in a row, we were unable to get through on the phone. The first week, we went ahead and tried to just stop in and see if we could order and was told it would be an hour wait. We left and went to Pizza Hut. Tried again today. The phone just keeps ringing before disconnecting. We never had these issues before, but after two weeks in a row not being able to even place an order, just disappointing."

"I Ordered a Pretzel Crust Cheese pizza with cheese sauce instead of marinara. I order this same thing all the time at the LC in Trenton. Never had issues. First of all it was a normal crust pizza and the dude just sprinkled salt on the crust and called it good. And when I ordered I did say CHEESE PIZZA not pepperoni but mine indeed had pepperoni on it. Did I mention on Vegetarian so I was not able to eat any of the pizza that I ordered. Which based off how the other people in my home reacted to it, I didn’t miss out on much. If anyone is actually looking for a good LC to eat at, driving to Trenton might be worth it lol The waiting room also had no sit space for me to wait which is weird because my local LC has chairs to sit in. Really wish I could get some sort reimbursement but I ain’t gonna stress it"

"This place just opened and it’s already awful. I stopped in once and asked if they still did “Hot and Ready” and if they had any. He said sure, the computer said they had one of each. After purchasing they didn’t have any, the manager came over and tried to whisper to the training employee “it’s okay we just lie and say we always have one because we want the order” and didn’t even apologize to me. The second time I ordered online and picked up. Pizza was wrong and wasn’t even good. Missing most of the sauce and cheese mostly just dough. Breadsticks were undercooked and cold. Not worth your time."

"Loved my experience with this Little Caesars! I ordered on the app and it was so easy! It made my trip to the restaurant very quick as well, since all I had to do was give my name at the counter & I truly had hot and ready pizza in my hands! The customer service was also friendly & fast! The only downside I saw (& I'm not sure if this is just on my app) is that some menu items, like the Italian cheesey bread, appear to not be on the app menu. Pictured is the Pretzel pizza! This is my absolute favorite & I'm so glad they brought it back!!!"
