Papa Johns Pizza

"Twice I ordered from PapaJohns and they send it through DoorDash my problem is that they don’t seal the boxes, wife said we won’t be ordering from PapaJohns ever again and I agree, pizzahut seals the food when they have to use doirdash."

"Massive departure from the franchise. Poorly made & executed and nobody speaks a lick of English.. i feel bad for the guys that work there since it looks like they're being forced to work in America. Pizza is just average and I only buy it for the specials, there might be a hygiene issue tho since the guys smoke cigs out front and go right back to the pizza station w/o washing their hands :("

"Worst customer service I've ever encountered from a business. I went onto the website to place a delivery order, and it placed my order through Chownow. I waited an hour and a half with no order still, called the store numerous times, no answer. I then went to the store to see what was going on, and nobody was even around. After yelling for someone, two men came out, who don't speak a single word of English, they literally had to translate through their phone that they don't have my order and they can't help me. Even though I showed them the confirmation email, showed them the charge out of my account, verified it was the correct store, still they wouldn't help me. So now I'm out $45, even after calling customer service number. Unbelievable!"

"I would come from New Jersey all the way here to Pennsylvania to get this pizza was amazing they must have switched owners or something because now they don't have sodas their credit card machine never works it only takes taps The pie is being stretched the doll this is supposed to be a a stuffed crust pizza where the hell do you even see my stuff crush The pie is so thin they should have called it a thin crust I will never come back here I recommend nobody to ever come here go up to your regular Papa John's because this is the worst Papa John's ever since whatever new owner or new manager took over"

"Ordered the new garlic stuffed crust . Had no sauce on it, and I never thought I'd talk badly about too much cheese but it was a disturbing amount , could NOT taste any garlic what so ever . Just cheese"
