"Their hoagies are good but super pricey. If you don’t like hard rolls this is not the place for you. If you like hard rolls then this is the place for you! The last time we went they messed up our order but then the guy working was super rude and arrogant about it. I called corporate and never got a call back which was annoying. I am hesitant to go back since this isn’t the first time I have seen the workers be nasty to the customers, it was just the first time they were nasty to me. I really hope they get nicer employees and I can go back one day but for now I will stick to the one in Hamilton or go to jersey mikes."

"This was the worst experience of my life tryin to get lunch. I happen to beat the lunch traffic just to get my order in. After seeing 6 people that came in after me get there order before me, I decide to say something. I'm told that it's being cut now... bullshhh excuse for improper handling of orders. I walked out even though I paid for my sandwich. I can't believe I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich that I never received. Never going to this place again. Nothing feels worse than patiently waiting your turn to find out your order was lost in their chaos. Unsatisfied customer."

"Not as good as I remember from a decade ago. Maybe it's become too commercialized? Bread used to be better (chewier?). But the service was fast and very friendly. Overall it's a heck of a lot better than Subway/Quiznos/whatever, but that's the ballpark you're in."

"Just got hit with their new meat tax. I got less than half the meat I was expecting. $32 for a sandwich with $9 worth of meat. Not pleased at all. I gotta find a new hoagie home. I wonder what Jersey Mike's looks like?"

"Their hoagies are bang-on point. Great flavor and fresh quality ingredients. My only complaint is that they didn't add enough mayo. They only put it on half the roll and it was the lightest of smears. The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. I'd go again."
