He made sure to answer any questions I had in detail and checked in with me step by step to ensure I was satisfied. The salon aesthetics themselves are just as warm and inviting as he is and I’m more than sure anyone who visits Salon Spectrum will leave just as happy as I did."

"I went to the physical location and found out walk-ins aren’t allowed (which is understandable). There’s a call button and a directory on a screen that allows you to connect to the person providing your service, yet because it was my first time there and the door doesn’t unlock until someone buzzed you in I stayed outside for about 30mins or more. After clicking on a random name, being buzzed in, and receiving a card of one of the hairstylists (I believe to be the head stylist) I called several times a couple days after in order to schedule for an appointment because the service I want done isn’t listed on the website, and I wanted to inquire on if that service is provided. To-date I still haven’t received an answer or a call-back."
