"I needed an electrical outlet added in an unfinished part of the basement. Handyman showed up on time and did the job in just over an hour. Cleaned everything up. Good communication throughout the event from reservation through completion."
"Great tech, great service. Completed all work with quality. Highly recommend"
"Very prompt! Returned phone call and showed up on time! Great communication and excellent work! Friendly and honest! A bit on expensive side but maybe worth it for excellent service for new mailbox including post and interior track folding door repair. Kenardo was our guy. He was great!!!"
"Ken was very knowledgeable about how to accomplish the project. It was not a straight forward installation of a garage storage rack. My studs were not uniformly spaced and Ken had a small area to work in. He was efficient, professional and understanding of what I wanted."
"The person arrived and was at my residence for 70mins. I wanted rotten wood trim replaced. He talked about my fish pond, his wife's honey do list and other projects he could do for me , not once did take out a measuring tape, except to measure the length of my garage. I asked him, "Aren't you going to take measurements ?". He said " Oh I know and can judge the footage " the next day I get an email from Handyman for an estimate of $4538 materials and $9678 for labor and some other charges equally $25,789. This is all from his "guessing " and never measuring anything. I called and said cost is not what I was expecting for trim. I am not asking you to replace siding or add additional structure. Just replace rotten wood with pvc. Again if he had taken out a measuring tape and climb on a ladder and given me a true estimate...but this was all his guess work while looking and talking about fish and his wife and my mailbox. I contacted another contractor and he quoted me for the same service total $2148 (materials) and $3500 labor. BIG DIFFERENCE I've used Handyman before and I shared the work that was preformed...this confirms I will never call them again. If you used them get a second opinion or make sure they're not gouging the prices"
