"Decent company. The maids do great work and are very polite. I book the monthly service and with that usually 1-2 people come to clean the house within a few hours. However, the reason for the 3 star rating is that they seem to increase prices every few weeks (typically by $5-10). I ignored it at first, but this last increase was $20. I understand we are in a different market now, but the price adjustments every time I go to make a re-occurring booking is getting to be a bit annoying. It’s always a “surprise” how much the monthly booking will cost when I go to schedule the next cleaning visit. So, while the pricing is reasonable compared to other cleaning companies, I think it would be better business etiquette to re-evaluate expenses, adjust the price appropriately, and keep the set price for a while vs. every 3-6 weeks. Will likely cancel the re-occurring booking and look for a new maid service with more consistent pricing."
