"I began using Teresa's Cleaning Service shortly after moving to Maryland in 2002. The superior results and attention to detail in cleaning my house reflect Teresa's high standards and those of her employees. They often go over and above routine tasks without being asked, such as dusting the figurines on top of a floor-to-ceiling room divider and cleaning ceiling fans. When I have occasionally requested a job that requires extra time, Teresa has always been able to schedule the work in a way that satisfies us both. Her workers are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Earlier this year, I told them that I had lost my wedding and engagement rings somewhere in the house. Unbelievably, they found them under a couch in the course of cleaning the family room, and I was so grateful for what they had done. They are always considerate of my minor knee disability, and have helped me with carrying laundry and other chores. Teresa is attentive to scheduling concerns, particularly around holidays and other occasions. She is always available by phone and email to discuss any issues. She is honest, hard-working and straightforward. The excellent service that Teresa and her workers provide deserves more than five stars! I would recommend them to anyone."
