"Watch out if they ever misplace or lose something (which happens fairly often because they insist on moving *everything*). I've had a pair of prescription eyeglasses on the top shelf in my bathroom for years, and their crew managed to lose them. I'm sure they will turn up someday, but when I called to ask for help they said their crew claims not to have seen them -- which I know is a blatant lie because if they actually hadn't touched the glasses they would still be in the bathroom -- so that's all they can do. Cleaning authority has broken or lost other things over the years, and it hasn't been a big deal , but this time it's costing me $150 or more to replace my glasses. So this time it's costing them a long-time customer."

"I recently moved from Silver Spring to Columbia, MD. I used the Cleaning Authority in SS for 21 years. So I was looking forward to the Columbia Cleaning Authority. I had my first monthly cleaning today. Miriam and Jocelyn did a beautiful job. When I returned to my home and opened the door, I immediately noticed the fresh, clean smell. They use environmentally friendly products w/o odors, just clean. The team arrived on time, was very friendly and efficient. They cleaned under and around my furniture and moved pieces when necessary, but putting everything carefully back in place. They paid special attention to the kitchen and bathrooms and left them sparkling. i look forward to my next cleaning in December. The office staff was also very accommodating with my needs.
