"***In response to the owners comments: your response speaks volumes. It clearly shows the lack of customer service and concern for clients. Picking on me because I spoke the truth? Again, buyers beware! Buyer Beware! IF I could leave a zero star, I would! This place is a total sham...Their products, availability, and lack of customer service is insulting. I have had my lashes done the last few years, and only recently took them off to let my lashes breath from the holidays, as well as where I was going was a bit farther than I would like to commute. Nonetheless, I have never had the reaction that I did at this place, with Hannah's poor quality of products. It was uncomfortable to begin with, but when I could no longer stand the pain and discomfort of tearing of my eyes, I asked the the tech to stop the procedure and remove the lashes altogether. My eyes were completely bloodshot and red from this botched procedure, most likely due to the inferior quality of products used. After removing the lashes, Hannah wanted payment of a full set, mind you I only had about half on, which were then removed. When I objected to this price, she demanded I pay removal, despite the reaction that was taking place. She even had the nerve, saying I must of had a bad prior to coming in to be arguing about payment, and that I must of used inferior products in the past. I was argumentative about payment, due to the pain in my eyes, the overwatering of my eyes, and the removal all within about an hour. My eyes stung for a few hours afterwards, and my eyes are still bloodshot a few hours later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. She insults you if she does not like what you are saying... Stay away or you will have the same possible results."
