Burger King 340 North Oxford Valley Road, Langhorne, PA 19047

"The inmates run this asylum! This at one time was the largest and most well run Burger King in the US. Now, it's a shadow of its former self. The drive-Thru back in the day you could get in and out in under 5 minutes on a normal day now the place could be dead @ss empty, and it will take you 15-20 minutes! Why? Because they have 3 people working! A store on a regular day that would have at least 8 people working now they have 3 and the 3 are always the most low IQ people that I assume were able to sign their name on the employment application and were hired on the spot. I would say they need to be taught customer service skills, but why waste your time, I'm sure this place is a revolving door of bottom of the barrel employees who work for a week or two and then just stop showing up! Know why Chick-fil-A across the street is always busy, and this place looks like a ghost town? Because they actually care about service unlike the chum bucket, I mean this Burger King! Don't waist your time or money at the arm pit restaurant! Now, some of you might read this and say "nah, he's just exaggerating", well, you've been warned!"

"Food was cold, service was not great, waited 35 to 40 minutes for the food inside the location. Got missing items when I went to claim for them, saw an employee grabing a serving utensil from the floor and keeping using it to serve mozzarella and chicken sticks. Floor at this location was dirty, restrooms as well. Employees where more joking than assisting customers. I believe there is a lack of management and organization."

"it’s my first time come to here ,Everyone waits for about half an hour, which is too slow, And the service attitude is very poor, eight or nine people can not come out of the meal ."

"Absolutely worst Burger King I've been too. Please don't waste your money. Rude customer service and took zero accountability of the items missing from our order. Blaming it on door-dash. When asked to rectify I was told by manager we were "thirsty crack heads" and we would have to drive to pick up our missing items. Again, pass on this waste of a place, better options in the area. If I could leave zero star I would nothing trash there"
