"Our pest issue sounded like it would be taken care of at first, and so we shelled out the money they proposed for the plan laid out. After some initial improvement, we never saw our pest issue go away and we reached a level of "better than it was, but still clearly an issue..." Frustrated, we continue to try to work with them to take care of this issue, but eventually we were simply told that the issue was something couldn't be "completely irradicated". As you can imagine, I could understand having to keep up with general treatments, but to have the level of problem we were still experiencing felt like more than just living with a minor inconvenience here and there. Desperate, we tried one more time and had Bug Boys pest control come out to see what they would propose doing instead. They had a different treatment plan, and what sounded like better follow up service, so we decided to give one more try. I am SO glad that we did! We have only had one treatment from them, and I have seen our pest problem almost disappear (which I was beginning to believe would NEVER happen!) Do yourself a favor and contact Bug Boys if you need pest control. I am so excited to be on their quarterly rotation for treatments now!"
