"BEWARE! Please make sure you take pictures of any coats, clothing etc. before it is dropped off. I had a winter coat with faux fur lined around the hood of the coat. When I picked it up the hood of the coat was a total matted mess. Employee said he would show it to the owner. 2 weeks later I go to pick it up again and it looked exactly the same he said "we brushed it out" employee then stated how there wasn't a manufacturer tag in it. First of all if you didn't have any instructions/directions from the manufacturer tag to clean the coat but still took it upon yourself to "clean" it and ruined it. The coat is now your responsibility and cleaner is held liable. After 4 weeks of getting the run around I went to get my money back. Just received money back for "cleaning" that was done which was $12.62. Now I'm out of a winter coat. Thanks for the $12.62 that will have to go towards a NEW winter coat."

"Update to earlier post. They did a refund for the ruined drapes. Yay! This place ruined drapes recently dropped off for dry cleaning. Tried getting money back this past Saturday, Feb 8 only to be told owner/manager Delegate Mike McKay wasn't there. Called and left message with Mr McKay. Got a call from April saying that the drapes should have been left there for Mr McKay to look at and see if they could be repaired. Too late for that. Had to buy new curtains and curtain rod to replace damaged ones. Needed window covering as it's a front window facing the public street. Just want money back. Live four hours away. Doing this for elderly father. Spent $71 to get them done. It also appears their employees need to be retrained. From the young man who took the drapes when.dropped off to the lady who was there on Saturday, Feb 8."
"Always excellent service! They offered to meet me after hours to pick up my husband's clothes that we needed for the weekend. That is old fashioned service that's hard to find anymore!"
"not only did they charge us for things we didn't even need cleaned, not tell us about the extra charges on anything (they have my phone number but didn't call) but the garments I had cleaned were horribly wrinkled and covered in fur and lint. I don't even have a pet!!! thanks for screwing me out of 30 dollars, never using this service again"
