"If you’re hungry and want something good better if you look for other place, really bad service the workers prefer be in the phone than take out order, after 45 minutes we get our food (because we ask) they left in the back and we waiting whit the number on the table. Really BAD SERVICE"
"As a Dasher time is money. Advertising 24 hour service, but not serving til 6am is awful. 515 I get an order for pick up, show up at 530, they won't make the food til 6am. Customer is 15 minutes away. Thats an hour of my time. Its ONLY this location that does this."
"3 strikes and you’re out. Visit #1 the chicken nuggets are cold and taste like cardboard, Visit #2 the fries are OK but I get Diet Coke instead of regular Coke, Visit #3 I get the right drink but the fries are hot, very salty and almost completely uncooked. I understand when the location is very busy but during each of my visits (usually between 6-8 pm) there were no more than 3 cars in line. People count on fast food being consistent. The bad news is that this location is consistently bad."
"It's as I begin writing this, 9:07 PM, and I arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM. After a 15-minute wait in the drive-through with two cars ahead of me, I was surprised to find no cars at the drive-through windows. Drawing from my McDonald's management experience in Olathe, Kansas, and Pennsylvania, it was clearly a service-related issue. I endured a 45-minute wait, both in the drive-through and while placing an app order. Inside, I saw a kitchen backlog, but no action on the food. The manager and the window employee seemed disoriented, while 15-20 customers waited for simple orders. Disorganization was evident. I allowed more time, visited the bathroom, and came back. Regrettably, I had to rush to Lowe's, an hour after my arrival, and couldn't get attention. Expecting my food on return, it wasn't ready. At the drive-through speaker, they cited short-staffing and asked for patience. Despite no other cars, service was slow. I explained my order, having left briefly due to the delay. The situation raises labor management issues. Night shifts suffered from a lack of daytime support, impacting service quality. It's now 9:25 PM, over two hours since my arrival, and my food isn't ready. I assume they won't be serving me despite having me park 45 minutes ago, and I request a refund. Please don't direct me to dispute it with my credit card; I will relentlessly contact your legal department and the store for a refund. Incompetence should not excuse theft.if you didn’t produce the order then don’t serve it and don’t charge my card. This is not a difficult concept. Now I’m posting this at 9:29 pm. And leaving."
"Tuesday september 5th around lunch time Wife went in with our children thru drive through. Brought this home. She went back to the store asked to speak to a manager showed them this and the manager on site didn't even flinch or act concerned. An employee went back pulled the bread and said it was all like that and mold was everywhere. Manager said its common with the bread being frozen and then thawing. My concern is the employees aren't trained or care enough to look for things like this when it's pretty obvious. Biggest concern is the management didn't act like it was a big deal and this is something that happens all the time. She asked to speak to the general manager or franchise owner and was told neither of them answer or care when they aren't there."
